[VPAAEtal] Instructions on Copying eCollege Online or Web-Enhanced Courses

Faculty,

 

The 'Schedule of Classes' is available on the University web page. This
begins the process of preparing courses for the upcoming term(s).  Please
read the following instructions concerning the copying of online or web
enhanced courses for the Summer II '07 and August Mini '07 terms.   A
document outlining eCollege procedures for faculty may be accessed at
www.tamu-commerce.edu/itde <http://www.tamu-commerce.edu/itde> . 

 

 

Copying of Online Courses (i.e. courses with section numbers 01W, 02W, ...) 

 

Online courses are copied during the scheduled 'blackout week' unless you
choose to submit the Course Copy Request Form prior to the 'blackout week.'
Online courses for the Summer II 07 and August Mini 07 terms will be copied
during the blackout week scheduled for June 25-29th.  During that time, you
will be asked to not make modifications to your existing course(s).

 

Should you choose to request that an online course be copied for you prior
to the 'black out week,' submit a Course Copy Request Form found at
http://www.tamu-commerce.edu/itde <http://www.tamu-commerce.edu/itde>  .

 

Copying of Web Enhanced Courses 

 

Please submit the Course Copy Request Form found at
http://www.tamu-commerce.edu/itde <http://www.tamu-commerce.edu/itde>  to:

1.	Request that a new web enhanced course shell be created for you from
the 15 week course template.
2.	Request that an existing web enhanced course be copied for you from
a previous term to a new term.
