[VPAAEtal] eCollege Online Course Shells Copied - Fall 2007

Online courses (01W, 02W...) have been copied for the Fall 2007 term based
on the online course schedule as retrieved July 23rd. We plan to enroll
students in eCollege courses by August 8th.  

 

Please check your online course(s) as soon as possible to verify that all is
in order. After we populate courses with students, we will have to perform a
'copy content' rather than a 'copy course.' This means the instructor may
have some additional clean-up to do in the copied course. If you have
questions regarding your course, please email online at tamu-commerce.edu

Courses which have not been copied/created as of this date include those
that fall into the following scenarios:

 

1. Courses on the online schedule listed with instructor as TBA.

2. Courses listed with new instructors who have not attended an eCollege
orientation. We have created course shells for these faculty in a
non-official term as requested by the instructor so that they may begin
working in the course if they so choose.

3. Instructors from whom we have not received responses to emails with
additional information requested prior to our copying the courses.

4. Instructors who have requested that we wait to copy their course because
they're making modifications to one section before we copy that section for
other sections of the same course.
