FACULTY RECOGNITION DAY 

 

RSVP DEADLINE EXTENDED TO 5:00 P.M. TODAY - April 11

 

Several Departments have contacted our office and asked for an extension of
the RSVP deadline so they can submit the names of their faculty who plan to
attend the awards luncheon on Tuesday, April 17, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. in the
American Ballroom. 

 

Therefore, the RSVP deadline has been extended to 5:00 p.m. today!

ALL names must be submitted at that time.   

All RSVPs must be sent via email to Cynthia_Rhodes at tamu-commerce.edu
<mailto:Cynthia_Rhodes at tamu-commerce.edu> .  

 

Do not RSVP by clicking the "reply" button on this email. Clicking the
"reply" button will cause your name to be deleted & it will not be included
on the guest list for the luncheon. 

 

If you have not submitted your name for a complimentary ticket, please
notify your Department Secretary to let them know that you plan to attend. 

 

Complimentary tickets will be distributed to Departments according to the
names that are submitted.

 Delivery of the tickets will be made on Monday of next week. 

 

This celebration is being organized by the Faculty Senate President and
Faculty Senate Executive Committee. The luncheon is hosted by the Provost in
recognition of our all of our excellent faculty.

Special awards will be announced at the luncheon.
