[VPAAEtal] Survey.doc

[Academic Affairs]

The survey was written by the Academic Practices Committee. This survey was
originally sent in December 2006 but we only received responses from 23
faculty members. If the faculty member sent in a response originally,
please do not do so again.

We are trying to collect a larger sample with the hope that we will have
enough data to let the administration know how prevalent discipline problems
are on campus. Please help out and respond by April 20 to
Linda_Openshaw at tamu-commerce.edu

Thank you,
Linda Openshaw
