[Vpaaetal] Students Must Check MyLeo Account & Email

Dear Faculty:

Good news is our credit hour production is up from 2004 (the prior base
year).  However, to make certain we maintain this momentum, we need your
assistance.  Would you please announce to your students that they need to
check their myLeo email and their myLEO accounts, particularly this weekend,
to determine if there is any communication from the Registrar and/or
Financial Services?  Those students who may have problems with their
accounts will be receiving notification that their schedules will be dropped
next Tuesday, September 12 (which is the 12th class day).  As you know, we
have implemented a new student information system and there have been
several glitches.  

Please convey to the students that we appreciate their patience and please
know we appreciate all you do to assist our students.
