RE:                   Agenda for Commencement

 

Commencement exercises will be held Saturday, May 13, 2006. All faculty on
contract are expected to participate in the ceremony of their college.
Adjunct faculty are invited, but not required, to participate in the
processional.

 

Faculty and professional librarians are requested to assemble in academic
regalia in the ground floor hallway of the Social Sciences Building no later
than the assembly times given above.  The processional will begin at the
times listed for each graduation.

 

Graduate advisors who will be hooding doctoral candidates should have
received separate instructions. 

 

Requests to be excused from participation in Commencement should be
forwarded through Department Head to the College Dean, and Deans can give a
count to Ms. Paige Bussell, Registrar.
