Faculty Development Applications

 

**  This Friday is the Deadline **

Friday - February 3, 2006 

 

Only completed application packets will be considered by the Committee. 

 

A proposal is not considered complete unless it includes all of the
following items:

 

* 1. Application form

(Signed by both Department Head & Applicant)

 

* 2. Cover letter

(Clearly explaining the significance of the proposed activity for the
applicant's professional development)

 

* 3. Documentation/Evidence of applicant's role

(i.e. a formal acceptance letter; the relevant page of conference program) 

 

A copy of your proposal should be submitted to Cynthia Rhodes, Assistant to
the Provost

Office of the Provost - McDowell Administration Room 280
