2:15 p.m. Assembly:  Graduate Faculty 

2:30 p.m. Graduate Ceremony

RE:                 Agenda for Commencement

 

Commencement exercises will be held Saturday, December 16, 2006 with
separate ceremonies for undergraduate and graduate students. 

 

This semester there are two (2) undergraduate ceremonies. (REFER TO SCHEDULE
ABOVE) 

 

All faculty on contract are expected to participate. Adjunct faculty are
invited, but not required, to participate in the processional.

 

Faculty and professional librarians are requested to assemble in academic
regalia in the field house no later than the assembly times given above.
The processional will begin at the times listed for each graduation.

 

Graduate advisors who will be hooding doctoral candidates should have
received separate instructions. 

 

Requests to be excused from participation in Commencement should be
forwarded through Department Head to the College Dean. Deans will need to
provide a count to Ms. Paige Bussell, Registrar
