We have decided to include a book review as a regular feature in the library
newsletter.   Everyone is welcome to contribute.  If you want to express
your opinion about something you're reading, send it along...good, bad,
ugly-whatever.  Due to space limitations, please try to keep the review
around 200 words or so  Thanks
