RE:                   Agenda for Commencement

 

Commencement exercises will be held Saturday, December 17, 2005 with
separate ceremonies for the graduate school and all undergraduates combined.
All faculty on contract are expected to participate.  Adjunct faculty are
invited, but not required, to participate in the processional.

 

Faculty are requested to enter the Northeast entrance and assemble in
academic regalia in the area behind the bleachers down the northeast hallway
of the University Field House no later than the assembly times given above.
The processional will begin at the times listed. 

 

Graduate advisors who will be hooding doctoral candidates will receive
separate instructions. 

 

Requests to be excused from participation in Commencement should be
forwarded through Department Head to the College Dean. 

 

Deans need to provide an accurate count to Ms. Paige Bussell, Registrar, no
later than Tuesday, November 29.
