[Vpaaetal] Reminder - Educator/WebCT Vista Meeting

[vpaaetal@TAMU-Commerce.edu]

Good Afternoon!

As noted in a previous message from Joyce Scott, the Texas A&M University
System is considering the purchase of WebCT Vista. This is a critical issue
for our university and one which requires broad-based input from faculty and
students. Many of you have already invested time and energy in preparing
online and web-supported courses using Educator and your input into the
decision to participate in the system initiative or stay with Educator is
vital.

This is a reminder of the meeting Thursday, September 30th, from 1:00-3:00
in IT 233 (please note the room change). Representatives from both WebCT and
Educator will be present.

If you are unable to attend the meeting your input is still very important -
a discussion board has been made available at
<http://www.quicktopic.com/27/H/CHemmBMT4ZdB>
http://www.quicktopic.com/27/H/CHemmBMT4ZdB . Please post your comments on
this site.

Thank you for your input,
Charlotte
