[Vpaaetal] Walt Disney World Campus Visit Next Week

[vpaaetal@TAMU-Commerce.edu]

Dear A&M-Commerce Faculty,

The Walt Disney World College Program recruiter Jeanne Walsh will be here
on campus on Thursday, November 18th, and I need your assistance with two
items:

1. Ms. Walsh would like to visit some classes to explain the Disney
Internship program during the day, so -- if you would be willing for her to
use some of your class time next Thursday -- please let me know so I can
arrange for her to be there. (Just give me a call at 5108 or send an
e-mail to Sharon_Fulkerson at tamu-commerce.edu)

2. Please let your students know that--if they're interested in being
considered for a Disney Internship in Orlando, Florida in Spring and Summer
2005--they must attend the Disney presentation at 6 pm on Thursday,
November 18th, in the DeVaca Room of the MSC. (It is also *desirable* that
they complete an on-line application at www.wdwcollegeprogram.com prior to
the presentation. And that web site contains more detailed information
about the program, as well.)

Many thanks (in advance) for your help.
