Hi

We had the same problem a few months ago. What caused it for us was on
form SHARQTC we were allowing multiple levels. We forced an UG level
only and it solved the problem.

Subject: [Tx-speed] Too many TSI RAP segments on outbound transcript

Hello,

I've been trying to implement outbound transcript processing here at
Texas A&M Corpus Christi. I'm using EDI Smart. When I take a group of
students through SZREDIY, then run the output files into EDI Smart to
create 130s, I get several students with excessive and duplicate TSI RAP
segments created. The total number of RAP segments then exceed the max
10 EDI standard, and the resultant EDI records for the students error
out of EDI Smart.

For example (partial output from EDI Smart showing errors):

RAP!9TX!TXCORECURR!FULLCURRIC R

RAP!9TX!SB1231!DROPCOUNT=X/A/

RAP!9TX!TSIALL!M=MetRequirements R!2!0!CM!040302

RAP!9TX!TSIMATH!X=Exempt R!2!0!CM!040302

RAP!9TX!TSIWRIT!X=Exempt R!2!0!CM!040302

RAP!9TX!TSIREAD!X=Exempt R!2!0!CM!040302

RAP!9TX!TXCORECURR!FULLCURRIC R

RAP!9TX!SB1231!DROPCOUNT=X/A/

RAP!9TX!TSIALL!M=MetRequirements R!2!0!CM!040302

err...~RAP!9TX!TSIMATH!X=Exempt R!2!0!CM!04030~

err...~RAP!9TX!TSIWRIT!X=Exempt R!2!0!CM!04030~

RAP!9TX!TSIREAD!X=Exempt R!2!0!CM!040302

I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem, and
hopefully resolved it. Or might have some ideas on what may be behind
it. Any guidance would surely be appreciated!

Thanks,
