Another question for the SPEEDE list serve:

 

Has anyone else had high schools contact you about not receiving
confirmations/acknowledgments on TREx transcripts they sent?  

 

I know the TEA sends a tracking number in an NTE segment on the TS130
(example: NTE**TREx tracking number D0000281497~), but we have not
included it in our acknowledgment back.  We are only using the BGN02
"Reference Identification" segment for identification of the TS130 data
received.

 

We are not expected to try and include this note in our 131's, are we?
In reviewing the PESC guide, I do not see us having the option to
include an NTE segment even if we wanted to.

 

As always, I appreciate any input you can provide.
