Texas A&M University has a Regional Program Coordinator I Position open.

Job Information:
Title:  College of Agriculture & Life Sciences - Program Coordinator I P9
Institution:  Texas A&M University, CS
Location:  Dallas, Texas

*         Identifies, recruits and contributes to increasing the population of admitted and enrolled students in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and at Texas A&M. Serves as a resource for inquiries about programs and majors within the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences.
*         Establishes relationships with high school counselors, college transfer counselors, community organizations, alumni and other constituents who assist with recruitment.
*         Conduct outreach activities including programs, career fairs, and other recruitment/promotional events to expand the visibility of the College in under-served communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth region.
*         Provide interest sessions and one-on-one advising with students on academic major options and careers within the College. Monitor student applications for compliance with university admission requirements. Works directly with Prospective Student Center Staff to assist students and families through the entire admission, scholarship and financial aid application processes.
*         Manages ad implements college sponsored programmatic efforts and regional events in Dallas/Fort Worth area. Connects with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension and/or Texas A&M AgriLife Research where needed for outreach opportunities.
*         Fulfill a number of area workshops for the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid. Interprets and maintains knowledge of current federal, state and institutional policies/regulations pertaining to admissions and financial aid. Will confer with these offices as needed
*         Update client relationship management (CRM) system and perform data analysis on impact of region to update supervisors.
*         Assist other staff members with special events and programs.
*         Other duties as required.

Required Education and Experience:

  *   Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  *   Two years of related experience.
