Our answers are below:

Two question for community colleges:


1)      How long do you allow a completed application to remain active for a student that did not enroll in the application start term listed?


The application is active for one year, but if they do not attend the semester they apply they must submit a change of entry form and we just adjust their information and starting term. 



2)      For students who stop out, how long/how many terms do you allow them to sit out before making them re-apply.

Students who stop out after two long semesters (fall/spring) we have them reapply.
