Baylor University seeks an outstanding individual to become an *Associate
Registrar *in the *Office of the Registrar*.



*Position Description:*
This position supports the mission of the university by sharing leadership
responsibility for the Office of the Registrar and by focusing on moving
the office forward in improving efficiency and service through process
improvement, simplification, and by leveraging technology.

*Qualifications:*

A master's degree, three years of relevant work experience, and Christian
faith is required. The preferred candidate will possess five years of
relevant work experience.



A successful candidate must have the ability to manage multiple projects,
analyze and develop process improvements, and communicate effectively. The
preferred candidate will possess five years of relevant work experience in
higher education, have experience/education with information systems, such
as Banner, and have experience with reporting through Crystal, SAS, and/or
SQL.
