responsible for providing high quality patient care, displaying skills in
assessment, treatment planning, group treatment, individual treatment, family
treatment, and discharge planning. Additionally, he/she is responsible to
function well as a member of the multidisciplinary team. The Therapist has
professional qualities which make him/her qualified to assume the
responsibility for insuring that all patients in the outpatient gero-psych
program receive optimal, safe care through coordination of staffing and
clinical activities. This care is administered in compliance with state and
federal regulations while at the same time meeting the objectives of Hospital
Administration.<o:p></o:p></p>
