worker to do initial assessments and follow up home visits to home health care
patients in&nbsp;Dallas County.&nbsp; The pts are in the&nbsp;Mesquite/Pleasant
Grove area of Dallas.&nbsp; The job is very flexible and the paperwork is
minimal.&nbsp; The average number of referrals is about 3 per week.&nbsp; I am
a LMSW/AP who contracts with various home health care agencies to provide
social work services to the elderly/disabled.&nbsp; I have approximately 20
licensed social workers already working for me in the North Texas area.&nbsp;
