Case Management (PCM) that also includes spending some time in Outreach and HIV
Education. The work includes providing PCM mostly to HIV-positive individuals,
clinical coordination within the program, and can include outreach and
providing HIV prevention education. We need full time and requires MSW or MSSW
but does not require licensing. A background in (some combination of) case
work, counseling, substance abuse, mental health, social services, case
management, outreach, or education would be helpful--specific HIV/AIDS
experience is not required but would be very helpful.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
