[swkcommunity] FW: LCSW Position at Plano ISD

[Janis Cirkles]

 **External Email**
I am the co-team leader of the Special Education Counseling team at Plano ISD. We have a current opening for a Special Education Counselor and prefer an LCSW. The person in this position would be part of a team that each serves several schools, providing counseling to Special Education students. This person, however, would be responsible for providing services (counseling and case management) to one specialized middle school program that is a school within a school. The program is new and designed to provide wrap around services to students with significant emotional needs. The counselor serving this school would receive training and support from our team but would also be an integrated member of the Inspire Program.

I know you cross paths with many Social Workers and am hopeful that you know of someone who has their clinical certification and is experienced working with young adolescents, who might be looking for a new opportunity. Please feel free to call me or have any interested applicants call me on my google voice number 972-863-1116 if there are any questions about the position or program.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
Robin Neely, LCSW-S, LMFT
Special Education Counseling Co-team leader
Plano Independent School District
