Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson seeks a Caseworker for her Dallas, Texas District Office.  This position acts as a liaison to federal, district, and local agencies for the Congresswoman and constituents and answers casework correspondence and verbal communications with constituents. Caseworkers in the Office of Congresswoman Johnson assist constituents by navigating complex casework through federal agencies in areas such as veterans affairs, social security, housing, and immigration.  This is not an entry-level position.

Candidate must possess previous experience in scheduling, familiar with general office operations, strong phone skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be organized and detail oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced office environment.
