[swkcommunity] FW: New Hope Center Thrift Store

[Janis Cirkles]

Hello, Everyone! This is Gay Ballew, director of New Hope Center of Paris. I want to announce that we will be having our grand opening of our new thrift store, New Hope Thrift Store, located at 400 SW 4th St., on Tuesday, Jan. 26th from 12 noon to 5pm. We will then reopen on our regularly scheduled days, Thursday through Saturday, from 9am to 5pm on Thursday, January 28th.
Please plan to come and do a little shopping and celebrate this fantastic event. We were able to have the thrift store thru a grant provided by our local United Way which supports our community and provides funding. All proceeds will go directly back into New Hope Center, so that we can continue to provide a safe home and environment to those individuals and families, including children, who find themselves homeless and in need of "A Hand Up, Not a Hand Out". The store, like New Hope Center, is a non-profit project. We will be using it as another means to fund our program.

We now will be accepting donations of gently used clothing, jewelry, what-nots, small appliances, and etc. No furniture please, and remember, GENTLY USED.
Thank you, and we look forward to greeting you as a new customer of the New Hope Thrift Store .
Gay :-)
