Elder Support Program Bilingual Eldercare Specialist

Seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Eldercare Specialist for our Elder
Support Program.  This position involves supportive counseling with
older adults and family caregivers via phone, home visit, office visit
and email; assessing needs; developing plans; making referrals;
coordinating care; and following up with clients. Master's level
professional with a degree in Social Work, Gerontology or a related
field is preferred.  Candidates should have a desire to work with older
adults, knowledge of issues related to aging and an understanding of the
research skills needed to keep abreast of new resources and trends in
the field.   Knowledge of benefits a plus.  To apply, send a cover
