Dear Field Partner: 

 

First, the School of Social Work at Texas A&M University-Commerce, would
like to thank you and your agency for your partnership with our program.
As you well know from your own experience, it is very important for the
students to be able to learn to practice in an agency while completing
their Social Work Education. 

 

 

We have scheduled Field Orientation for 2014

Field orientation is an opportunity to meet the student(s) assigned to
your agency and as a way of thanking you for your partnership with Texas
A&M University-Commerce. Texas A&M University-Commerce will provide
three (3) hours of Ethics Training and Lunch.

 

 

The orientation/training is scheduled as follows:

 

9:00 am to Noon               Attend Orientation and CEU Workshop (0.3
CEU's) 

                                                The Ethics of
Evidence-Based Field Practice & Competencies in Field Supervision

 

Noon                                     Lunch is Provided
