Our agency has another job opening for two adult client brothers,
22-years-old and 24-years-old, with a diagnosis of profound IDD. 

 

The service needed is respite. The clients need someone to supervise
them in their home, make sure they are safe, assist with light meal
preparation, leisure activities and personal hygiene. 

 

The pay is $12/hour for each client. The service will be done at the
same time, so billing will be for both for a total of 17 hours for one
client and 19 hours for the other client. Therefore, 17 hours per week
will be the total time spent with both clients at the same time plus 2
hours with the other client for a total of 36 hours per week (since
service will be billed at same time for each client). 

 

These brothers live in Garland off of I-30 and Bobtown. The requirement
for the position is that the perspective attendant have reliable
transportation, can commit to 19 hours per week (flexible schedule),
ensure the safety of both clients, have auto insurance and a clean
criminal record.
