I have a part time social work position available at Baybrooke Village
Care  & Rehab Center.  We are a skilled nursing facility.  The position
is a 20 hour per week position needing a licensed social worker.
Schedule flexible.  Social worker would be responsible for assessment of
long term care residents, making appropriate referrals, behavior
management of long term residents and assisting with overflow of new
admissions or discharge planning.  Please have anyone interested contact
