Social workers in homecare possess a master degree from an accredited
school of social work and have at least one year of experience in the
healthcare setting.  They provide support, active listening and
counseling, and resource identification and assistance.

 

Social work assistants have baccalaureate degree in social work,
psychology, sociology, or another social-work-related field and at least
one year of experience in a healthcare setting.  They function under the
direction and supervision of the social worker.

 

What I am looking for is a social worker who would be willing to make
home visits on an as needed basis.  Pay structure would be on a per
