Pate Rehabilitation specializes in treating post-acute brain injuries in

At Pate Rehab our Case Managers are the hub of our patients care. Case
Managers are in close communication with insurance companies, families
and the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include insurance
authorization, outside funding referrals, community referrals, attending
to equipment needs, and addressing any other needs of our patients. 

 

We have an opportunity for a Case Manager.  Must have Case Management
experience. Knowledge in working with insurance companies, DARS and
Private pay.  

 

Requirements:

Current state license.  

A  bachelors degree in social work,nursing or other health related
field.  

Supervisory experience a plus.
