Bachelors Degree in social services, behavioral services or human
services

A high school diploma or equivalent  and 2 years experience in social
services, behavioral services or human services

 

Case Management is a collaborate process that assesses, plans,
implements, coordinates, monitors and evaluates the options and services
required to meet the clients health and human service needs. It is
characterized by advocacy, communication and resource management and
promotes quality and cost effective interventions and outcomes. Paso a
Paso Inc is a medicaid waiver program licensed for the provision of HCS
Services (Home and Community Based Services). We are dedicated to
providing quality services to individuals diagnosed with mental
