Instructor:                     John E. Davis, LCSW
 
Mr. Davis is an approved supervisor by TSBSWE and he is an experienced and
able practitioner with over 50 years experience in Social Work as a
clinician, educator, teacher, supervisor, and consultant.
 
This is a 40 hour seminar about the theory and practice of social work
supervision.  It follows the guidelines and meets the requirements of the
Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners. This seminar is designed to
prepare experienced social workers to be social work supervisors.  It will
meet partial requirements for individuals who wish to become approved
supervisors.  Eligibility for this course requires LCSW, LMSW or LMSW-AP.
