LifePath Systems, the MHMR Center for Collin County, has an opening for a
Service Coordinator (Case Manager) to provide support to individuals and
their families with developmental disabilities. Collin County includes
Plano, Allen, Mckinney, Frisco and the surrounding area. 

Preference is for an individual with case management, service coordination
or social services experience. A degree in a social services related field
is required.
