Pediatric Case Manager/Social Worker:  A full time position with a home
health agency specializing in rehab services (occupational therapy, speech
therapy, physical therapy, social work services, and skilled nursing
consults).  

 

I am needing a LMSW to fill a position that is two-fold; a case manager that
will manage a caseload of special needs children and also act as an agency
social worker.  Spanish speaking preferred, but not necessary.  This agency
is the largest pediatric home health agency in the North Texas area.
Minimal travel required, but necessary on an as-needed basis.  The hours are
M-F daytime only.  Pay is in the $40's.  

 

This applicant must be extremely organized, possess excellent time
management skills, conform to constant change, and the ability to multi-task
is essential.  This fast

paced environment will have you working directly with LMSWs, PTs, OTs, STs,
RNs and other outside medical professionals.
