Spring Student Involvement Fair

*         Registration is open for the Spring Student Involvement Fair, use this link to register: https://tamuc.campuslabs.com/engage/submitter/form/start/512104

*         Date/Time/Location: Tuesday, January 25th, 6 p.m., RSC 2nd Floor

*         Decorate your table within the Winter Wonderland theme for a chance to win a prize.

SOAC Funding

*         3 types of request (Event, Travel, 1-time funding)

*         SUBMIT APPLICATION 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE of event or travel

*         Will need to attend SOAC Request Meeting for review of funding approved

Show Me The Money Event

*         Tuesday, November 9th from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in RSC Vision

*         Food, chances to win prizes for your organization

*         Learn about funding your organization and policies/procedures

*         If you did not attend a funding training, you can make that up by attending this event.

Tabling 101

*         November 11th at 3:30 p.m. in RSC Pride

*         Food, Interactive Activities, and Games

Organization Info Reset

*         Reset will open on ManeSync

*         Only need to update profile, roster, and contact information

o   Please make sure to remove any members who graduate and update with any newly elected leaders.

*         Open: December 12th

*         Closing: January 28th
