[Stuorg-rep] Mane Street Organization Fair COVID Concern

Good morning,
There has been some questions about participating in the fair due to COVID and here are a few answers to hopefully help clarify. If you have any questions, please ask!


1.       Our organization has leaders who were exposed to COVID and are no longer able to participate, can another officer work the table?

a.       Yes, the person who registered the organization does not have to be the person working the table, other leaders in the group can work the table. If you have been exposed to COVID, please have somebody else work the table to ensure other participants' safety.

2.       If we are worried about potentially being exposed to COVID can we get a table virtually?

a.       If you need accommodation to do a virtual table, please let me know. You can sign up on ManeSync and I will invite you to a virtual fair on ManeSync (you can use any video conferencing system you want as long as you provide a link in the table signup).

3.       Will there be safety instructions or restrictions sent out to participating organizations?

a.       Yes, once the registration closes today, there will be safety instructions and restrictions sent out tomorrow along with table numbers.
