[Stuorg-rep] A few important updates

Good morning,
If you have not already registered your organization for the Student Involvement Fair, please do so at this link: https://tamuc.campuslabs.com/engage/submitter/form/start/484583
The Fair is Tuesday, September 7th, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., outside wrapping through campus.

Funding applications for this upcoming year are now available online. Funds will no longer be dispersed through a reimbursement process but instead using the DART card provided to your organization. Applications will need to be submitted to me (either paper copy or electronically) at least 2 weeks before an event/travel. I have attached an application for reference. Please make sure it is completely filled out before submitting. Before receiving SOAC funds, your organization will need to attend a SOAC Training on either Monday, September 27th in RSC Pride or Tuesday, September 28th in RSC Innovations A&B.

Additionally, I have attached the Student Organization Handbook for this upcoming year.
