Good morning,
Mane Street Student Organization and Resource Fair is rapidly approaching. If you have already registered your organization for the fair, you will be receiving a confirmation of your table space in August.

Quick reminder...Mane Street Student Organization and Resource Fair will now be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. OUTSIDE on the West Walking Mall between the Rayburn Student Center and the Science Building. We encourage you to sign-up and bring items to showcase your organization, and if you want to do a demo for your organization it is highly encouraged (i.e. Fishing Club bring boat on campus). There will be a limit of no more than 2 representatives per table, so we are following COVID safety guidelines and can maximize the number of students visiting each table while being under groups of 10. Your organization can give out information about the organization and give out promo items as long as it is contactless and not food.
Any organization member who will be attending will need to be wearing a face mask.

We are also working on a virtual fair to take place at the same time for students who are online or not able to attend in person. We plan to use the same platform as we have been using for orientation. The additional virtual component will help maximize your organization's ability to recruit members. If you have not registered for a table at Mane Street you will not be able to have a space for the virtual fair.
