[Stuorg-rep] Student Organization Videos

Good morning,
ManeSync has launched a new feature. You can now upload a video from Youtube or Vimeo to your organization's gallery. This video can play when an interested student goes to your organization's page and views the gallery. These videos are another opportunity to talk about your organization for recruitment. If you would like help in uploading a video please let me know.

Also, this fall, we will be doing virtual involvement fairs for all students. Students will receive a video presentation over e-mail and placed on our website. What we are looking for from organizations is a brief 3-4 minute video talking about your organization. The video can include when you meet, events you put on, highlights about the organization, how to join, etc. It can be as creative as you want, but please be appropriate. We would also like contact information for an Executive Officer from the organization to put into a presentation for students who may be interested in joining.
In summary, if you would like to take advantage of this additional opportunity, please provide this information:

1.       3-4 minute video on your organization

2.       Contact information for an Executive Officer, you can decide who you want that to be.

Videos would need to be submitted to me, Jeremy Sippel at Jeremy.Sippel at tamuc.edu, by August 3rd. If your video is too large of a file, let me know, and we can figure out another way to submit.
