Dear Students,

We need your help! We are currently in the middle of a campus-wide survey that is being sent to all traditional aged, full-time, undergraduate students about their wellbeing. The survey has been open for one week, and we currently only have a 6.44% response rate. (281 surveys out of 4,363 students emailed) The goal of the Wellness Council is to get a 20% response rate before the survey closes in 1 week. You can help, by doing the following:



1.            If you got the survey in your email, take it! ☺ The latest reminder email had a subject line of “How can Texas A&M University-Commerce help students thrive?” (As an added bonus to telling us about your wellbeing, you will be entered in to a drawing for: 1 Apple Airpods and 50 $10 Lion Cash awards.)

2.            Email me back if this survey was sent to your spam / quarantine / junk mail. If this is happening to students, we can contact IT for help in getting the email into student’s inboxes. (Remember, only traditional aged, full-time undergraduates would have received the email survey.)

3.            Tell your friends and classmates to take the survey as well. You can do this on your own, or by sharing/liking the @tamuccampusrec social media posts about the survey.



We need 591 students to still take the survey in order to get a 20% response rate. I know you can help us achieve that! Once we get the survey results, we will keep you informed on how we plan on improving student wellbeing.
