[Stuorg-rep] Owl-O-ween

[Jeremy Sippel]

Chi Omega and Sigma Chi are partnering together to host a Community Service Outreach Program for the Commerce Community on October 30th. Our event will be at the Chi Omega house ( 1606 Education Drive, Commerce, TX 75428) from 5:30 pm-8:00 pm. Our event is a trunk or treat and carnival games for the open to everyone! The Trunk or Treat is free and people are welcome to wear Halloween costumes to our event. For the carnival games, people are welcome to purchase 8 tickets for $5 and 20 tickets for $10! During the event, there will be a pumpkin carving contest and people will have to provide their own pumpkins that will start at 7:00 pm! There will be prizes given to the winners based on the different criteria that we have created!

The attached flyers have additional info if people have any questions they are able to email: chiomegatamuc at gmail.com<mailto:chiomegatamuc at gmail.com>. We are very excited to host this new event with the gentlemen of Sigma Chi this semester and are looking forward to serving the community!

Thank you for your time,
Baleigh Rhoads
