[Stuorg-rep] Student Organization Event Risk Assessments

Good evening,
I wanted to send a quick update on a new process going forward for student organization events with risk assessments. If your organization is hosting an event that has reserved space through the Rayburn Student Center and was deemed necessary to have a risk assessment, advisors of the organization are now required to sign off on the risk assessment where Department Director is listed. The risk assessments for student organization events can be submitted to Matthew Bentley in the Rayburn Student Center. I have attached a risk assessment for your reference.
