[Stuorg-rep] SOAC W9 form

Good morning,
I was recently informed that there is a change in forms for reimbursements from Financial Services. Instead of attaching a W9 to SOAC applications, you will need to attach this form attached to the email that acts as a W9 and direct deposit for reimbursement. We will no longer be issuing reimbursement checks, but rather student organizations will have their reimbursements direct deposited into their student organization bank accounts. If you have any questions or need help in filling out the W9/Direct Deposit form please let me know or stop in my office and I will assist you in the process. For organizations that have already submitted SOAC applications for this week, you will need to fill out the form as well before you can be reimbursed.
