Hello all,

As a reminder, student organizations have the ability to book up to a year out for any events or meetings. As this semester comes to a close, we recommend you all start reserving your meetings and program space for next semester, as soon as possible. The Student Center will fill up quickly due to the increasing number of student organizations, so it is advised to book your space now. As a reminder, you are not guaranteed a certain room for your meetings, but we will do our best to accommodate any requests.

For your requests please include the requesting organization, day and time, desired room set up, any audio and visual needs, and the anticipated attendance count.
