[Stuorg-rep] Homecoming Calendar for Student Organizations

Good afternoon!
I know it's the beginning of the year, but before you know it Homecoming 2018 will be here. If your organization is planning on hosting an event and want the event to be on the Homecoming Calendar, your event should be submitted to the Community Calendar on the TAMUC homepage by Wednesday, September 12th.

To post to the Community Calendar follow these steps:

1.       Go to https://calendar.tamuc.edu/ then click login on the top of the page.

2.       A menu will pop up asking to login through various means, select "Login with myLeo."

3.       You will be redirected to login through your myLeo; once you've completed the login you will be taken back to the calendar.

4.       On the calendar page, scroll down until you see the gold "Contribute" button. Click the contribute button.

5.       On the next page you will be asked if you are entering an event or announcement. For your Homecoming event, select "Event".

6.       On the next page fill out the information about the event (audience, event name, description, time, location, and additional details) and click "Add Event" once completed.
