[Deepti Chadee]

Students,

You will have the opportunity to ride a student spirit bus to and from the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament that is being hosted at West Texas A&M. Only transportation and tickets to the game(s) will be provided. You are responsible for covering ALL other expenses! Details are listed below:

- The bus will depart from Commerce at 10 AM on Saturday, March 10.

- The bus will not be returning until our men's team is eliminated or wins the regional tournament, which could be as early as Sunday morning or as late as Tuesday evening.

- You will be responsible for paying for your hotel room, which would be $100/night. This can be split between up to 4 different people.

- You will also be responsible for food and other necessary expenses.

- Our men will play their first round game on Saturday, second round on Sunday, and Regional Championship on Tuesday.

Please contact me at Taryn.Driver at tamuc.edu<mailto:Taryn.Driver at tamuc.edu> if you have any further questions or to RSVP. All RSVP's must be received by Wednesday, March 7 at 12 noon.
