Do you need volunteer/service hours? We are looking for five students per shift to answer phones for the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships. The Call Center will be open from September 4th - September 28th from 8AM-5PM during the weekdays. Please sign up for a two hour shift to help answer the influx of phone calls for the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships. No prior call experience or financial aid knowledge necessary. You will primarily be answering the phone and taking a message for a staff member to respond. However, you may also be responding to the caller once detailed notes from a staff member are provided.
