[Stuorg-rep] Mandatory Fall Training for Student Organizations

Good afternoon!
Welcome back and we are excited to get the year started for Student Organizations. We have a lot of great programs planned for this upcoming year. First off, organization registration is open on ManeSync; please remember to update your organization's portal with correct information and a current up-to-date roster. Second, mandatory Fall Training for student organizations is mandatory for an organization to be registered for the year. If a student organization fails to attend one of the trainings then the organization will be considered defunct and their portal on ManeSync will be disabled. For the training you will only need to send 2 representatives to one of the training dates. If one person can make it one day and another person make it a different day that is acceptable. You will not need to register the 2 representatives for the trainings; however, we highly encourage you to send at least 1 Executive Officer of the organization to the training so they can disperse all the important information within the organization. There will be sign-in/out sheets for the organization at the training so it is imperative that you attend and sign in/out for your organization. A student who is attending can only represent 2 organizations.

The training dates are listed below:

Saturday, September 15th from 1pm-4:30pm in RSC Conference Room C
Monday, September 17th from 3pm-6:30pm in RSC Conference Room C
Tuesday, September 18th from 3pm-6:30pm in RSC Conference Room C
