The xeroxed copies won’t be accepted by Financial Services because they need proof that the checks have actually cleared and been paid out of the bank account. You can always request a statement from the bank or print off an online statement showing the expenses. If you don’t get that submitted by tomorrow, that is fine.

Jeremy,

I spoke with Barbara and she said that those are the xeroxed copies of the cleared checks that the bank sent her. On the expense report checklist it says bank statement or voided check showing expenditure cleared account. She said the next bank statement will be November 30th and that's past our deadline.
