Greetings!
On behalf of the Office of First Year and Transition Programs I would like to Thank You all for being a part of the New Student Orientation Showcase last orientation season.  New Student Orientation season is right around the corner and the Office of First Year and Transition Programs invites you all once again join us at our Orientation Showcase.  The showcase will take place on the second floor of the Rayburn Student Center on the second day of Orientation running from 11:30am-1pm.  This is a time for students to explore different resources and with your help we believe this possible.  Students will have the chance to ask any questions in regards of academics or campus life for their opportunity to succeed in their college career.  As well as feeling welcome and knowing that there is something for everyone at Texas A&M University - Commerce.  Help us make the new student's orientation experience great!
It is very important for us to know if your organization/department is attending and which session, below are listed the orientation dates.  The deadline to RSVP for the showcase will be on May 26th please keep in mind that the spots will be given in a first come first serve considering space will be limited.  You can RSVP by emailing me back with:

6.      Friday & Saturday July 15th & 16th

7.      Thursday & Friday July 21st & 22nd

8.      Thursday & Friday July 28th & 29th

9.      Wednesday & Thursday August 10th & 11th

10.  Monday & Tuesday August 10th & 11th
As a reminder that lunch will not be provided for organizations/department representatives, set up time will begin immediately after checking in with me at approximately 11am.
