Departments and student organizations are encouraged to sign up to participate in the Department & Student Activities Showcase on Saturday, March 5th from 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. in the Rayburn Student Center Conference Rooms. Table representatives can start checking in at 11:30 a.m. outside the entrance to the Conference Rooms. We ask that all tables are ready to great guests by 12:15 p.m. We will be arranging the fair tables in Alphabetical Order based on your classification (Academic Department/Organization, Student Support Service, Student Organization/Club). This will assist our prospective students to easily find your table during the showcase.
To register your group for a table at the Department & Student Activities Showcase please email Christopher.Hensley at tamuc.edu<mailto:Christopher.Hensley at tamuc.edu>  no later than Friday, February 19th  the information below. Please be sure to list the contact information for the representative who will be attending the showcase on March 5th. This will allow us to directly contact them should there be any last minute message we need to communicate with them.
